I have the great privilege of being the Head Teacher at Step Ahead Primary School.

 

'I believe I can' is my philosophy in life. I believe that positive self-esteem and self-worth is one of the key elements in achieving success. A lack of self-worth can prevent you from dreaming and in turn get in the way of you fulfilling your dreams.

 

To ensure success and start the positive cycle it is vital to recognise our own strengths. It is about having a go! Stepping outside of your comfort zone in a truly supportive and inspirational environment.

 

My aim is for each individual in our school community to suscrible to 'I believe I can' and then over time for us to move to 'we believe we can' as a community working together to achieve great things.
